Find E85 and Biodiesel Stations Near You

E85 and biodiesel are only sold at a small number of Australian stations, so the challenge is finding a pump at all — before worrying about price. Petrol Australia can filter the entire national map to a single niche fuel, showing every station that sells it, with live prices.

How to find E85 or biodiesel near you

  1. Open Petrol Australia
  2. Tap the fuel type selector on the map
  3. Choose E85 (or B20 where offered) — the map now shows only stations selling that fuel
  4. Tap a station for its live price, address, and one-tap directions

Add your regular sites to Favourites — with sparse networks, knowing where your next fill is coming from matters.

What is E85?

E85 is a blend of up to 85% ethanol with petrol, used by flex-fuel and modified performance vehicles. It's sold at selected stations only, mostly in NSW and Victoria, typically in metro areas. Your car must be rated for E85 — standard petrol engines are not.

Note: some member discount programs exclude E85 — the station details sheet shows whether your enrolled discount applies. See Discount programs.

What is B20 biodiesel?

B20 is a diesel blend containing 20% biodiesel. It appears in official feeds at selected stations — NSW's FuelCheck reports it, and the NT's MyFuel NT feed includes it where sold. Check your engine manufacturer's guidance before running B20.

Planning a trip on a niche fuel

Driving long distance on E85 or B20 takes planning — the next pump might be hundreds of kilometres away. Filter the map to your fuel and scan your route before you leave, and use the Route planner to line up your stop along the way.
